MPE Systems Replacements and Upgrades at Jasper High School, Plano West Sr. High School, and Hightower Elementary

Scope of Work: Jasper HS: Remove and replace existing chilled water system components to include piping, valves, expansion tank, shot feeder, VFDs, insulation and accessories. Install new buffer tank, air separator and all related accessories. Remove glycol make-up system, all ice storage tanks and remove all glycol from the tanks and related piping in the plant only. Revise controls as and electrical required. Include all demolition and restoration work. Hightower ES: Remove and replace existing exhaust fans and heating water system components to include piping, valves, expansion tank, shot feeder, pumps VFDs, insulation, boilers, flues and accessories. Add new unit heater, buffer tank and air separator. Revise controls and electrical as required. Include all demolition and restoration work. Plano West SHS: Remove and replace existing condensing unit and cooling coil in an existing variable air volume air handling unit and outside air ductwork serving existing fan coil units. Install new outside air ductwork, air filter systems, motorized control dampers and Fire/Smoke dampers in the outside air ductwork systems. Include all related insulation, accessories, controls revisions and electrical power supply as required. Include all demolition and restoration work. Jasper High School - Estimated Budget- $195,000 Hightower Elementary School – Estimated Budget - $385,000 Plano West Senior High School – Estimated Budget - $118,000.
