Sandhill Sewer Interceptor - Phase II

Construction Staking; complete. Payment for this item will cover the cost of all labor, equipment and materials required to stake the proposed construction project, including cross-sections of the roadway, and borrow material site to determine quantities for roadway excavation and borrow material. This item also includes staking of centerline, slope staking, staking of all structures, staking sewer line and storm drain grades, manhole inverts, curb & gutters, and blue staking of subgrade and aggregate base. Maintenance of all staking is also required. This bid item also includes replacing all property corners by a licensed surveyor that must be removed during construction. Payment will be made at the unit bid price for construction staking when approved and accepted by the Project Manager. Shall conform to specifications set forth in Section 801 (Construction Staking by Contractor) NMDOT 2014 Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction and this manual.
