| Description | The Work is for a greenhouse electrical installation at the District 6 Farm. Electrical Scope Narrative: ? Furnish and install all materials to provide fully functional automated greenhouse system as outlined below. All equipment to be wired by NEC standards for typical greenhouse installations. Structural Additions: ? Extend existing Unistrut equipment rack outside of existing greenhouse for conduit extension. ? Install new Unistrut equipment rack inside new greenhouse for power and controls equipment. Rack shall be constructed similar to existing greenhouse equipment rack. Electrical Equipment: ? (1) 200A 250V 3-Pole circuit breaker into existing Panel GHDP ? (1) 200A 3PH 4W 250V Nema 3R MLO 30-circuit Square D panel board with branch circuit breakers as required for equipment loads ? (10) 20A 277V 1-Pole circuit breakers into existing Panel GHLP ? (5) 30A 2-Pole Fusible disconnects with fuses per equipment requirements Feeders: ? (1) 200A 208V 4-wire feeder with ground from Panel GHDP to new 200A panelboard ? (10) 20A 277V 3-wire feeders with ground from Panel GHLP, routed through Wadsworth Contactor panel, to new grow lights ? Dedicated 120V 20A circuits from new 200A panelboard for the following Greenhouse Equipment: o (2) Wadsworth Contactor Panels, (1) Wadsworth Enviro Step Panels, (1) Pad pump, (2) Tank pumps, (1) Drip pump, (1) Vent Motor, (1) Curtain Motor, (2) Gas-fired unit heaters ? Dedicated 208V 20A circuit for the following Greenhouse Equipment: o (3) Thru-wall exhaust fans. Dedicated 120V 30A circuit for Instant-hot water heater. General Purpose: Installation of (10) 120V 20A WP GFI receptacles throughout greenhouse. Final location TBD by owner. Installation of (6) 120V 20A receptacles to service overhead ceiling fans Controls: Installation of EnviroStep panel, (2) Contactor panels, Curtain Control Panel, Vent Control Panel, and Aspirator sensor provided with greenhouse Installation of control wiring for the automated function of all pumps, air circulation, air quality sensors, heating, and curtain controls as required. |
