Description

Concrete for Delivery For delivery - Agency will contact vendor at least 24 hours prior to requested delivery*** Maximum Expected Pour: 50 yards 3000 PSI Location is accessible for dump trucks to back in and has a turnaround. If the max pour is more than 100 yards of material and exceeds 40x40, the agency provide a pump truck. It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award. This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide Concrete as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections for an initial one (1) year period beginning July 1, 2023 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months.
