On- Call Interior and Tenant Finish Construction Services 2022-07-1566-tp Department of Public Works Deadline for Questions/ Clarifications August 15 , 2022 11:00 AM Prevailing Central Time The Contractor will furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of $25,000 when signing contract. The Performance Bond will remain in effect for the entire life of the contract, including renewals. The contractor will provide St. Louis County Government with as-needed typical interior and tenant finish construction services. Most of the work will occur in the St. Louis County complex in Clayton, MO and project sizes range from 100 square feet to 5,000 square feet of office space.
