3400 Block South Michigan Street Improvements

Construct the streetscape improvements along the 3400 block of South Michigan Street, including the southern right-of-way along Dean Street, eastern right-of-way along South Main Street, and the northern right-of-way along Sherwood Avenue, according to the intent of the plans and specifications within the City of South Bend. Work elements include the removal of drive approaches, construction of concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, concrete drive approaches, street lighting, fence installation, and tree installation and turf seeding, around the 3400 block of South Michigan Street in South Bend
