For Fencing at the Golf Course Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with the cover page manually signed by a person having the authority to bind the firm in a contract and marked clearly on the outside as shown above. Award of the proposals is tentatively scheduled for 9:00 a.m. (CST), in Commissioners' Court, Monday, April 10, 2023, Third Floor Courtroom of the Reeves County Courthouse. You are invited to attend. In order to remain active in the Reeves County Vendor list, each vendor receiving this bid must respond in some form. Vendors submitting a bid must meet or exceed all specification herein. Vendors submitting a no bid must submit their reason in writing to the Reeves County Purchasing Department.
