Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager to facilitate the construction of Kalahari Resorts - New Hotel at Lake Denton, WI. BP-02 will be the hard bid for the MEP, wood structure (north of the podium) and finishes trades . Major trades to include, but not limited to: wood framing, roofing, windows, EIFS, stone veneer, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, cabinetry, and all trades associated with the connector skywalk. *Masonry and structural steel have already been awarded. This project consists of two and three story wood frame over precast podium base - Fully Sprinkled for Kalahari Resorts (Owner) and consists of approximately 143,291 square feet and 237 units. The work will be constructed in one (1) phase with multiple procurement packages in accordance with the Project Schedule. *project schedule will be finalized and sent out later along with future addendum.
