Description

As of August 8, 2022, a designer has been selected. A timeline for contractor bidding and construction is not known. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference DHR seeks to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm. All inquiries for information should be directed to: Potential Offerors may communicate only with the procurement official during this procurement process. Direct all communications to Madrika Martin, Procurement Officer, via email to procurement@dhr.virginia.gov with "CLERMONT RFP 1031" in the subject line. Only questions submitted in the aforementioned manner and before the deadline of 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, April 15, 2021 will be answered. Any communication with other staff of the Department of Historic Resources concerning this procurement is strictly prohibited and could serve as grounds for disqualification of the potential Offeror. Failure to submit a proposal on the official state form provided for that purpose may be a cause for rejection of the proposal. Modification of or additions to the General Terms and Conditions of the solicitation may be cause for rejection of the proposal; however, the Commonwealth reserves the right to decide, on a case by case basis, in its sole discretion, whether to reject such a proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
