Provide all necessary flashings to include chimney and provide 30 year dimensional shingles at a minimum. Siding - Repair defective vinyl siding as necessary. Gutters and downspouts - Replace all gutters and downspouts with seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts to grade, and 24" minimum away from the foundation wall. Provide splash blocks and avoid discharge across sidewalk and seal inlets.
