Description

Provide WCPSS with the service and/or response time requested. Contractor must be able to handle multiple calls at one time, respond on a 24 hour, 7 day basis, and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 2 hours. Scope of work includes installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment such as air conditioning systems, air and water source heat pumps, heating systems, cooling towers, pumping systems and ventilation systems. Must be knowledgeable of mechanical/electrical schematics and be able to troubleshoot problems relating to these systems. Contractor will have procedures in place for working onthese systems and employee training will be kept up to date as per contractors requirements.
