Description

Mold remediation and mechanical and/or HVAC contractors to perform mold remediation of HVAC systems located at 408 N. Adams St. (Gemini Building). The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive vendor. Vendor is responsible for disassembly, reassembly, refrigerant recovery and put back, leak testing, performing operational testing.
