Colonial Manor Drainage Improvement Project

To repair an existing 4-ft and 8-ft concrete multi-use path and associated drainage and other improvements The Work required for this Project involves, but is not limited to: • Furnishing and installation of: o 18” through and 60” pipes either Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) or High- Performance Polypropylene (HP_PP) • Pipe Materials Requirements: o ALL pipes to be installed along the rights of way (ROW) corridor, which will be subject to vehicular traffic loads (example a travel road) shall be made of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) o ALL pipes installed along drainage easements corridor, not subject to vehicular traffic loads shall be made of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP)or an Optional Material – High Performance Poly Propylene (HP-PP) o High-Capacity curb inlets, manholes and mitered end sections o Asphalt Surface and Road Base Materials o Sidewalks and/or Driveways o Sod o Root Barrier • This activity includes the applicable recommendations from a certified arborist for the root cut, pruning and installation of the root barrier in the required length and depth: 12”, 18” 24”, 36”, 48” and 60”.
