Description | ALLWEST Project No. 219-325G City of Post Falls 408 Spokane St. Post Falls, ID 83854 Work associated with the proposed project is generally described as follows: Schedule A - Street improvements to the east side of Cecil Road and a portion of the south side of Prairie Avenue including erosion and sediment control, grading, curb and gutter, asphalt, street signs, street lights, underground utilities, storm drainage, landscape and irrigation. Alternate A Base Bid: provide turf grass hydroseed including maintenance. Alternate A: Provide turf grass sod and maintenance in lieu of turf grass hydroseed. BID DOCUMENTS will be made available after 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2022. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. This Project is not financed by Federal Aid Funds. All contractor, subcontractor, or specialty contractor shall be required to have a current license as a Public Works Contractor in the State of Idaho in order to submit a bid or proposal on this project. The City, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all applicants that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to the advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit offers in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. All prospective bidders are directed to the Instructions for Bidders for discussion of Bid policies, procedures, and requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
