Surface Preparation, Priming and Painting the interior and exterior of the 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank; concrete foundation & grout repair; site grading to improve drainage; installation of a new cathodic protection system; miscellaneous welding and steel pitting repair; installation of a safety grill at the top of the riser; revise overflow; install a new interior ladder from the roof hatch to the bottom of the tank bowl; remove and replace the safety climb system on the exterior of the tank; remove and replace the roof vent; installation of a new handrail on top of the tank.
