Description

The work includes: scheduled monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual preventive maintenance service of elevators at Deer Island Treatment Plant located in Winthrop Massachusetts, non- emergency and emergency elevator repair service, and the furnishing of replacement parts for 1095 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Each general bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work and an Update Statement. In order to be eligible to bid, a general bidder must be certified in the following category of work: ELEVATORS
