Carteret County Station Club Metal Repairs

Carteret County Government is seeking bids for exterior metal repairs to be made for the Station Club located at 306 Church Street, Morehead City, NC 28557. 1. The Contractor shall repair and or replace two (2) metal soffits (17ft x 1ft) underneath the east side awning of the building, replace approximately 25ft of 6inch seamless gutter at the north-east corner of the building, repair and or replace eight (8) metal soffits (6.5ft x 1ft) on the north side overhang, replace three (3) (21.5ft x 10 inch) metal soffit underneath the carport, and replace twenty six (26) (8in x 1ft) miscellaneous damaged soffit around the building where missing or dropped. 2. Schedule of work will be determined by Carteret County Government upon selected Contractor. 3. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.
