| Description | Contractor Shall Provide all Necessary Labor, Materials, and Supervision to Provide a Turnkey Replacement of the Existing Wrought Iron Fencing at the District Headquarters Facility. Contractor Shall Remove Existing Wrought Iron Fencing and Gates to the Extent Necessary to install New Wrought Iron Fencing and Gate Sections. Contractor Shall be Responsible for Recoating all Posts that are to Remain In Place. Contractor Shall Provide Proper Surface Preparation, Primer, and an Oil Based Top Coat on all Posts. All New Posts and Fencing shall be Included to Ensure a Complete Turn Key Fencing Solution. Contractor shall be Responsible for Legally and Lawfully Disposing of all Removed Materials. |
