Lake Preston Water and Wastewater Improvements - Phase 2A

The Contractor agrees to complete all work in PHASE 2A-1 by the interim completion date of OCTOBER 1, 2023. Completion is defined as having all utility installation, concrete work and final surfacing completed and roadways opened to traffic. Seeding shall be completed by NOVEMBER 15, 2023. All Work will be substantially complete on or before September 15, 2024. Substantially complete is defined as having all utility installation, concrete work and final surfacing completed and roadways opened to traffic. The work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before November 15, 2024. Furnish and Install approximately 874 LF of 8" diameter and 3,456 LF of 6" diameter water main and associated service lines; Furnish and Install approximately 3,744 LF of 8" diameter gravity sanitary sewer; Furnish and Install approximately 2,101 LF of 4" diameter sanitary sewer service line; Furnish and Install approximately 209 LF of Bore and Jack 16" Steel Casing Pipe Furnish and Install approximately 1,027 LF of 18" RCP storm sewer; Furnish and Install approximately 465 LF of 18" PVC storm sewer; Furnish and Install water tracer wire systems; Furnish and Install junction boxes, manholes, valves and appurtenances; Approximately 17,520 SY of full depth roadway reclamation; Furnish and Install approximately 300 SY of geotextile fabric for subgrade stabilization; Furnish and Install approximately 174,143 SF of Cement treated subgrade stabilization; Furnish and Install approximately 8,860 Tons of base course; Furnish and Install approximately 16,004 SY of asphalt concrete; Furnish and Install approximately 826 SY of PCC approach pavement; Furnish and Install approximately 257 SY of Reinforced PCC approach pavement; Furnish and Install approximately 7,892 LF of concrete curb & gutter; Furnish and install approximately 10,698 SF of concrete sidewalk; Surface restoration and all other miscellaneous work required not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction Contract Documents. Probable Cost 1$4,000,000 to $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
