Utility Improvements to Serve Riverfield, Phase 1

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 13,714 LF of 12” and 8” of onsite water, 11,521 LF of 16” offsite water, 13,733 LF of 15” to 6” onsite sanitary sewer, 8,649 LF of 8” offsite force main, and 7,890 LF of 4’ x 4’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 273 lots on approximately 137 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6 & C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas.
