GHS Cooling Tower Replacement

The Successful Bidder shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, tools, installation services and all other items necessary to fully and properly perform in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the standards required for this project. Successful Bidder Shall: Replace the existing two-cell cooling tower – BAC model #33707-2NMFW Serial #U000135601 with a new BAC two-cell model # XES3E-1222-10N-2 or equivalent Capacity – 3,250 GPM (1625 per cell) of water from 94° F to 84°F at 78° W.B. entering air wet bulb. Heat rejection required 16,243,500 Btu/hr, tower heat rejection capacity 17,894,858 Btu/hr, reserve capacity 10.16%. Tower pumping head required: 6.71 psi. Fan Motors – two 25HP fan motors (one per cell) Totally enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC), Premium Efficiency Inverter Duty for 460V/60Hz/3Ph service.
