Contractor must provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide landscaping services: Landscaping service apply to all designated ground spaces and may include parking areas in Houston and Louisiana. Facility Locations: Houston – 14 facilities Louisiana – 7 facilities
