On-Call Flood Control Repair, Maintenance & Miscellaneous Improvements

The project consists of on-call construction services for the repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous improvements of Clark County Regional Flood Control District flood control facilities, as well as local flood control repairs, maintenance, flood event cleanup and emergency cleanup after natural disasters. The work will be performed throughout the City of Henderson, Nevada within existing rights of way, existing easements, or on CITY-owned property, and may extend into other jurisdictional boundaries where the CITY has maintenance responsibility of flood control facilities. Question Deadline: 08/29/2023 at 4:00 PM PT ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,100,000 annually The specific location and extent of work at each facility shall be designated by the Engineer (or designee), in the form of a written Task Order. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond accompanying the bid in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price payable to the CITY as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement, and provide the necessary bonds, insurance certificates and other required documentation. This is a prevailing wage project and the CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors shall be bound by and comply with all federal, state and local laws with regard to minimum wages, overtime work, hiring and discrimination.
