Description

Generally, the Project includes, but is not limited to, widening of Route 621 from a two-lane to a four-lane divided facility from Doane Deive to Ashton Avenue (project length approximately 1.1 miles). This segment of Route 621 is classified as an Urban Minor Arterial with a design speed of 45mph. Major project features include: 1) roadway widening and reconstruction, 2) storm drainage improvements, 3) stormwater management facilities, 6) retaining walls, and 7) traffic signals. The Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of erosion control devices, clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, supplying and installing storm sewers pipes, sanitary sewer, waterline, retaining walls, SWM Facilities, traffic signals, signage, pavement markings, lighting, drainage structures, ditches, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, mill and overlaying, and all measures required for the maintenance of traffic during construction.
