Installation of Irrigation Pump System

The work to be done consists of furnishing all the necessary materials, permits, tools, to install: 300 GPM @ 70 PSI 25HP, 460V, 3 PHASE, 60 HZ 1. Goulds 3656 Cast Iron, Bronze Fitted End Suction Centrifugal Pump with TEPE high efficiency motor. 2. Clock-Start & Variable speed. 3. UL listed NEMA 4 metal fabrication enclosure control panel. 4. Weg CFW 500 VFD, 31 amp unit, 460V, 3ph housed inside control panel with appropriate exhaust and fan filter system. 5. RainBird ESP8LXME 8-42 Station irrigation timer with interior rain sensor port, mesh protected. 6. 3" Discharge manifold made with Victaulic connections with isolation valve, flow switch and liquid filled pressure gauge. 7. 3" Suction manifold made with Victaulic connections. 8. Fiberglass durable gel coat finish, hunter green color pump station housing with reinforced steel skid base. Light weight, heavy-duty and corrosion resistant. 9. Skid dimensions: 45"X45" 10. UL listed NEMA 4 metal fabrication enclosure control panel. Featuring: - NEMA rated full voltage starter with motor overload protection. - HOA switch and Reset push button. 11. Pilot lights for Pump Running, Motor Overload, Loss of Prime, NO Flow. 12. Run-dry, cavitation & pump deadhead protection. 13. Programmable time delays to reduce excessive pump cycling. 14. Installation: 1. Remove existing pump system and discard off-site. 2. Install completely new 25 HP Irrigation Pump Station. Work Details: 1. Dispatch service crew to job site. 2. Dispatch service crew to job site. 3. Shutdown unit for safety and precaution. 4. Close suction & discharge isolation valve if applicable. 5. Disconnect wiring to control panel and electrical motor. 6. Furnish all the necessary materials, PVC pipe, fittings and electrical. 7. Open suction and discharge isolation valve and check for water leaks. 8. Make final adjustments to VFD controller and start up system for proper operations, service and labor.
