RFP D/B - CDOT Livermore Office Remodel

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the interior remodel project existing CDOT Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) in Livermore, Colorado. The remodel will enclose an existing open office area with two new walls and a ceiling to make a 200 sf office, provide a new door and window, provide heating/cooling for the office spaces as well as new lighting and outlets. The new HVAC system will be a split system unit mounted on a new exterior concrete pad. The MEP work in this contract is Design/Build and deferred submittals will be required to be submitted by the mechanical and electrical contractor prior to start of work.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
