Description

Required services shall include completion of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and project closeout. The engineering expertise to be included shall include, but not be limited to, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural Engineering. The Architect and its engineer(s) shall specifically be contracted for their expertise in planning, design, documentation and construction administration services for projects included but not limited to advanced outpatient centers, free standing emergency departments, medical office buildings, new acute care and specialty hospitals or medical facilities, and alternative business venture site developments.
