Fire Suppression System

Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (hereafter known as Mountain Line) is seeking bids in the manner specified herein from an Independent Contractor to provide a Fire Suppression System. Mountain Line wishes to upgrade current fire sprinkler system in our server rooms to a fire suppression system. Bidder should include the following items: o Update 2 server rooms to a fire suppression system (Room #1 19'Long x 8'Wide x 9' High Room #2 9'Long x 10'Wide x 9' High) o Fire suppression system needs to be safe for electronics o Capping/eliminating current sprinkler (water) system o Upgrade will be done while servers are in use o Fire suppression system maybe standalone but, must trigger current fire alarm system o Include warranty information on equipment o Include preventive maintenance schedule o Include Price of total project o Will require coordination with current fire alarm company All questions related to this RFB and the bid process must be sent via email and should be directed to: Heather Higgins Purchasing and Contracts Officer Email: purchasing@mountainline.az.gov A bid may be withdrawn upon the submission of written, signed request submitted by the Contractor prior to the due date and time. A bid may not be amended or withdrawn after the due date and time. Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority Mountain Line reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part of a Bid and to waive any informality and accept the most favorable Bid to meet the best interest of Mountain Line.
