Description

The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development 48-002: a. Remove and install new, kitchen cabinets, (base/wall), sink, faucets, cutoffs, supply lines, galvanized drain line to tee and countertop, remove and install new lighting at cabinets, repair and paint kitchen walls and ceiling as indicated in plans. b. Remove existing and construct new H/C parking and access routes to unit 334 Deller Street as described in the Plans. 2. Development 48-003: a. Remove existing and construct new H/C parking and access routes to unit 307 Fisher Alley as described in the Plans and Specifications. 3. Development 48-005: a. Remove and install new, kitchen cabinets, (base/wall), sink, faucets, cutoffs, supply lines, galvanized drain line to tee and countertop, remove and install new lighting at cabinets, repair and paint kitchen walls and ceiling as indicated in plans. 4. Development 48-007E: a. Remove all existing vinyl wall siding and replace with new vinyl and vinyl shake style siding as shown. Remove all existing covering material on support columns, replace any damaged and rotted wood then re-cover with cementitious board and stone (approximately 5 buildings). b. Remove all existing vinyl wall siding and replace with new vinyl and vinyl shake style siding as shown (approximately 2 buildings). 5. Development 48-007R: a. Remove all existing vinyl siding and trim on the entire building. Install new vinyl, shake vinyl and trim as scheduled. b. Replace tub faucets, vanities, vanity faucets, drains supply lines and stops in approximately 37 dwelling units. c. Repair and paint bathroom walls and ceilings.
