Description

The City of Mascotte ( City ) is seeking to engage the services of a Professional Engineering consulting firm pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055 (the Consultant s Competitive Negotiation Act or CCNA) to provide design and construction phase engineering services, funding administration, and compliance services for a capital improvement project identified within the City s Drinking Water Facilities Plan adopted by City Council in November 2021. The City of Mascotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
