Work of this Contract comprises general construction of: Architecture 1. Re-Roofing - Buildings No. 1, 2, 5 and 75 2. Media Center Renovation 3. Window Replacement 4. Restroom Renovation (Deleted from Scope of Work As Per School Directive) Mechanical 1.HVAC Unit Replacement - Building 5 2. Test and Balance - Buildings 1 and 75 Fire Alarm/ Fire Protection 1. Entire fire alarm system needs to be replaced - typical at all buildings, patch, repair, paint walls and ceilings as required to match existing at areas affected by the installation of new system and/or the demolition and removal of existing system. Refer to electrical drawings for additional info. 2. All new ceiling mounted fire alarm equipment to be flush with ceiling and all piping and wiring to be concealed. typical at all buildings, patch, repair, and paint to match existing as required.
