Vinton Woods Concrete Replacement Project

The general description of work for which proposals are to be received consists of: Concrete replacement patching in Vinton Woods Subdivision on Cedar Lane (between Catalpa Court and O'Farrell Road); Catalpa Court; Price Court; Peppertree Court and Almond Court and any other miscellaneous work pertaining to the project work area. (See Technical Specifications) Work shall be in accordance with the Bidding Documents, including the Specifications and the Construction Drawings. No Bidder may withdraw his proposal within a period of ninety (90) days following the date set for receiving bids. The City of Lafayette, Indiana, reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than ninety (90) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect during said time. The City of Lafayette, Indiana, further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any Bidder or Bidders, all to the advantage of the City of Lafayette, Indiana, or to reject all bids.
