Description

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Rattling Run Wall Repairs project Questions can be submitted via the portal Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough of Gordon hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. The Project consists of replacement of hand laid rock of the existing approximately 75' channel wall of Rattling Run and footer undermining rehabilitation of approximately 110' of concrete wall. The Project will be constructed under one Design/Build Prime Contract.
