If required, surety companies executing bonds must appear on the Department of Treasuries list of acceptable sureties and must be authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The cost of the Performance and Payment Bond should be listed as an alternate to the bid, within the Proposal Form. A. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. 1. Office furnishings: cubicle workstations, file cabinets and shelving, storage systems, tables, chairs, meeting and conference room seating. 2. Audio and video equipment. 3. Non-fixed casework, shelving, counters, and furnishings. 4. Appliances: Refrigerator, micro-wave, coffee maker, ice maker.
