Project Description: The work includes an 2,050sf addition to Building #N-1, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) in Minneapolis, MN. The addition will include office spaces and storage. Renovation of the basement for reallocation of existing space of an approximate area of 2,800sf. Renovation of the first floor adjacent to the addition for reallocation of existing space of an approximate 2,800 sf. Infill of the open mezzanine areas of the second floor to be allocated as office space for an approximate area of 2,300sf. The existing parking lot will be altered to accommodate the 2,050sf addition by reduction of 5 stalls and shortening the turn radius at the building’s main entry, relocation of flagpole, and incidental related work.
