| Description | The work includes, but is not limited to: complete elevator replacement of three (3), selective collective hydraulic passenger elevators with dual jack rope hydraulic passenger elevators. Work includes, but is not limited to, rails, cabs, cab lighting, hoistway entrances, hallway lanterns, call buttons and pit ladder. Replacement of existing mechanical systems for elevator machine rooms, power connections, power and lighting circuits, and revision of Fire Alarm smoke detection systems. Concrete work includes installation of sump in elevator pit. Plumbing work includes PVC sump crock, submersible pump, sleeves, piping, and condensate piping. Mechanical work includes new heat pump units, condensers, piping and jackets, and condenser mounting frame. Architectural work consists of security fence enclosure, and pipe bollard. | ||
