Description

The project includes construction of a new 16-inch and 18-inch potable/drinking water mains, new 30-inch reclaim water main, and new 12-inch sewer force main and their appurtenances, along Golden Gem Road, between West Ponkan Road and West Kelly Park Road, in northwest Apopka. The project consists of furnishing all transportation, equipment, labor, services and supplies necessary to construct the above described extension of the public utility system. All pipe material and appurtenances will be furnished/procured via owner direct purchase. Two hundred and ten (210) days for substantial completion and thirty (30) days for final completion are approved for construction of this project.
