| Description | This project addresses free cooling and economizer issues throughout the building. The condensers loop shall be cleaned, flushed and treated. AHU coils will be removed, cleaned and inspected. Condenser water control valves will be removed and replaced, as well as piping specialties at each coil. Outdoor air dampers and controls will be removed and replaced at AHU 10, 11 and 12. The Work consists of the following: The Work includes: a. Upgrade controls at 12 air handling units. b. Re-pipe indirect cooling coils at 12 air handling units. Clean and flush existing indirect coils and piping. c. Provide new relief air hoods, and outside air damper at AHU-11 and AHU12, refurbish evap cooling section at AHU-10. d. Re-program and re-balance indirect cooling loop. |
