Roof Replacements and Repairs Uptown Scattered Sites, Downtown Scattered Sites and West Bank Scattered Sites

The shingle roofs at the Uptown Scattered Sites, Downtown Scattered Sites and the West Bank Scattered Sites buildings have been damaged by Hurricane Ida and are in need of minor repairs and some are in need of replacement. HANO is seeking sealed bids from roofing contractors to complete the replacement and repairs of the existing roofing underlayment, shingles, flashings, trim plus potential replacement to the roof sheathing, as well as other miscellaneous building components as may be necessary. Contractor shall be duly licensed to perform the Scope of Work noted herein and it is the Contractor's responsibility to complete all work as specified for this project on time, within budget, and in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
