Architectural Services for Police Department Expansion

Review the Police Department Amended Detailed Space Requirements (Calpo, Hom, & Dong Architects). Establish and maintain a project schedule. Field review the existing Police Department facility and adjacent buildings/sites impacted by the expansion. Meet monthly with City staff. Take an active role in the scoping meetings with various stakeholder groups to refine project goals. Prepare preliminary plans with utility notices/questionnaires to be sent to utility companies. Review as-built utility plans and responses from the utility notices, then verify existing field conditions. Where required, coordinate and obtain pothole information. Coordinate the proposed improvements with the utility companies including the relocation of any utility facilities that may be in conflict. Plot existing and proposed utilities in plan (and profile when applicable). Prepare preliminary plans with utility notices/questionnaires to be sent to utility companies. Review as-built utility plans and responses from the utility notices, then verify existing field conditions. Where required, coordinate and obtain pothole information
