New Quail Crossing Storage Building and Existing Red Barn Rehabilitation

City of Boonville Redevelopment Authority, Warrick County, Indiana (the RDA ), invites any and all qualified parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications for scoping, and eventual development of the New Quail Crossing Storage Building and Existing Red Barn Rehabilitation Project (the Project ) in Warrick County, Indiana under a public-private partnership. At a certain point in time, the RDA would assume ownership of the structure and will pledge financing adequate to cover the debt service from a selected financial institution. II. PROJECT SCOPE: Selected proposer will provide all services necessary for construction of the project based upon design plans provided by the RDA including but not limited to: site work, labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct the Project with the following general characteristics in compliance with IC 5-23: Approximately 4,317 SF for the new storage building Rehabilitation of the existing red barn exterior.
