| Description | The Constructor shall be 100% complete (phases I & II) with the work on or before 6/24/2022, with phase III following & the balance of the work to be coordinated with the Rockford Const. project schedule. To facilitate the planned construction/renovation activities at Innovation Central High School (ICHS) & GR Montessori School (GRMS), asbestos containing materials & lead-based paints and/or coatings shall be removed in accordance with the construction documents & phasing plan (prepared by Kingscott / L3MC / Rockford Const.) The attached scope of work (developed by Forensic Analytical Consulting Services - FACS) shall be completed by a State of Michigan licensed contractor & disposed of at the appropriate waste facility. The above noted documents are included as exhibits within this proposal request. |
