Description

The project includes the balanced excavation of an approximately 5.0-acre portion of the property owned by the London Laurel Economic Development Authority, located on East 4th Street in London, Kentucky. The scope of work includes heavy excavation, installation of storm pipe and structures, installation of crushed stone access road, reclamation, and other associated appurtenances. installation of one (1) 320-GPM sanitary sewer duplex pump station and valve vault, 1,195 LF of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, Four (4) sanitary sewer manholes, 50 LF of 8-inch PVC force main, construction of a gravel access drive, fencing, and excavation.
