B. Description: New 18,000+ Square Foot, Pre-Engineered Metal Building with stone, EIFS and metal panel veneers, insulated concrete formwork storm shelters, drywall assemblies, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; sitework, site utilities and parking / paving, landscaping. C. Location: 17290 County Road 3570 Ada, Oklahoma 74820 D. Bids For: General Contracting One contract will be awarded for all Work as defined in the Contract Documents. C. General Contractors are required to prequalify to the approval of the Owner, no later than Ten (10) days before submission of bids if they have not previously bid on a project for the Owner within previous 12 months from bid date. Utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractor's Qualification Statement. D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Refer to Document 00 4313 - Bid Security Form for additional information. E. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and modifications thereto and Document 00 2218 - Additional Instructions to Bidders. F. Submit Bid on the Bid Form provided by Office of the Architect. G. Bid shall be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. H. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. I. The word "Owner" as used in the Contract Documents means and denotes the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma and the obligations and liability shall be solely and exclusively that of The Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma. As of July 12, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is expected to start September 2023. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
