A Payment and Performance Bond Will Be Required When Awarded. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of 30 Days. Finishing Date for Completion Is Set for September 20, 2022.
