Grand Forks City Council Chambers Renovation Project

Project consists of approximately 10,000 SF of remodel at the Grand Forks City Hall Council Chambers and Assessing Department. Rough Carpentry, Millwork / Casework / Countertops, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Glazing / Storefronts, Drywall Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings & Panels, Flooring, Tile, Painting, Wall Coverings, Fire Protection Specialties, Toilet Accessories, Window Shades, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical, Electrical and Audio/Visual. The Grand Forks City Council Chambers project will be constructed by multiple subcontractors; managed by PCL Construction/Community Contractors, a joint venture.
