Bon Air Road Bridge Replacement Offsite Mitigation Projects

EPV: $2,550,000 to $2,800,000 The work generally consists of furnishing all materials and installations for stormwater enhancements along Magnolia Avenue between Doherty Drive and Creekside Drive; relocation of existing dog park and restoration of the existing dog park site to tidal marsh, and ADA accommodations; replacement of dock and improve ADA accommodation at Bon Air Landing Park; and replacement of public dock, addition of ADA parking and ADA path from new parking to dock at City owned parcel leased to Marin Rowing Association. This is a federally funded project. The DBE Goal is 23%. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated damages are set at $1,600 per day.
