| Description | Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, Jefferson County seeks proposals from companies or individuals who can provide Asbestos Surveys that will be required for the county- wide Housing Improvement Program that is being administered with federal funds under the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program.
