| Description | Fairforest Basin Large Line Cleaning and CCTV Phase VI Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District The Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Commission will accept proposals for the cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 8,550 linear feet of varying diameter gravity sewer pipelines in the Fairforest Creek Basin ranging in size from 36 - 42 . In its sole discretion, the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. It is the policy of the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District that local Minority and Women Owned Enterprises (MWBE s) shall be afforded the opportunity to participate fully in the overall procurement process of the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District.
