Install Shade Structures Over Gov Parking Lot

The intent is to have a Contractor provide qualified labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies/materials, except those furnished by the Government, necessary to perform the construction and installation of Covered Parking Structures. Construct and install covered parking structures over 30 parking spaces divided into 2 sections of the South/East GOV parking lot parking lot. 1. Section 1: 15 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’). 2. Section 2: 15 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’).

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 04 -	Masonry, Unit Masonry.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 09 -	Finishes.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements.
